2. This website is merely a gateway to the sites of home information pack (HIP) providers. MTG does not guarantee the services of these HIP providers and in ordering a HIP from one of these providers, MTG accepts no responsibility whatsoever of any part of the service provided, including but not limited to the contents of the pack, the accuracy, the amount of time to prepare the pack or the cost.
3. In ordering the pack from one of these HIP providers you (and your client) are entering into a contract directly with the HIP provider.
4. Any commission paid by the HIP provider using their service is payable by the HIP provider direct to you and MTG has no responsibility towards this whatsoever.
