Only need to provide contact details (eg. name and address for mortgage business only).
Commission not paid on any Non-Investment Insurance business arising out of the introduction.
Additional information to accompany your application
Data Protection Registration Number. If not already registered, register to handle the information under Data Protection Act at www.informationcommissioner.gov.uk . You will need to post the notification form with £35 annual payment to the Information Commissioner. As evidence of registration please copy notification form & cheque then return with your Introducer Application.

Suitable for businesses whose primary business is some other activity eg solicitors and accountants.
Only need to provide contact details (eg. name and address for mortgage business only).

Copy of proof of identity certified by The Mortgage Times Group Ltd or 3 rd party, such as another regulated firm, government department, UK solicitor or doctor. The copy should be signed & dated with the comment "original seen" & "the photograph is a true likeness of the individual I have seen"
