Free Valuation Disclaimer

# The free valuation applies up to £500k property value. 

For properties valued over £500k, the following scale applies: £299 (up to £800k property value); £499 (up to £1m property value); £699 (up to £1.5m property value);    £799 (up to £1.8m property value); £899 (up to £1.9m property value);  £999 (up to £2m property value);  £1,499 (up to £2.5m property value);  £1,999 (up to £3m property value);  £2,499 (up to £3.5m property value);  £2,999 (up to £4m property value); Negotiation (up to £5m property value). These valuation charges include a non refundable £99 admin fee.

The valuation cost is subsidised by The Mortgage Times Group Limited.  If we instruct a valuation, and an approach is made to either:- (i) switch to another property; (ii) switch to a different product (unless it is transferred to another product that offers free valuation within one month of the original valuation); (iii) or the case is submitted to another packager; we will not pay towards the cost of the valuation.

If the property is in Scotland and the applicant has already arranged their own valuation with a surveyor on the lenders panel, Mortgage Times will contribute £150 towards the cost. This will be payable to the applicant within 10 working days from completion.

Application Fee Disclaimer

Mortgage Times occasionally charges an Application Fee depending on the product. The price of this Application Fee varies so please check with our Mortgage Enquiry Help Desk prior to their submission of cases. This Application Fee is non-refundable.

Free Legals Disclaimer

Terms and Conditions for Free Legals:-  Fast Track Remortgage &  Free Remortgage Legals with Conditional Buildings Insurance is only available to Personal Applicants and not to Limited Companies.   

The Free Remortgage Legals includes the basic cost of conveyancing and any associated VAT. It does not include any telegraphic transfer fees. It does not include any disbursements or registration fees in Northern Ireland . The whole scheme is not available in Scotland.  

The legal firm is appointed by The Mortgage Times Group Limited.  A £50 administration fee is charged if the building insurance is not arranged by The Mortgage Times Group Limited. Leasehold properties are excluded from this administration charge if inappropriate.   

Procuration Fees

The Mortgage Times Group Limited reserves the right to withhold procuration fees that are not claimed within 6 months.
